Warm Roofs Direct complete another installation in Chippenham, Bristol.  The homeowners required a permanent play space for their children and the Guardian Warm Roof was the perfect choice for this project.

Measuring 7m wide with a 4.5m projection and featuring a Solstice Rooflight with Active Blue Glass and a Solar Power VELUX Window with Rain Sensor.  The customer selected the Guardian Esprit Roof Tile which provided a close match to the existing property.  Installation was completed on time:

Day 1 – Removal of the existing polycarbonate roof, installation of lightweight aluminium roof structure, exterior OSB and membranes

Day 2 – Installation of roof tiles

Day 3 – Installation of VELUX window and Solstice Rooflight

Day 4 – Installation of internal insulation, plasterboard and rainwater system

Day 5 – Plastering and finishing, ready for decorating
