Warm Roofs Direct complete another installation in Honiton, Exeter.  The homeowners felt their conservatory was far too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. They required the additional all year round living space and the Guardian Warm Roof was the perfect choice for this project.

Measuring 3m wide with a 3.5m projection and featuring a VELUX Roof Window.  The customer selected the Guardian Esprit Roof Tile which provided a close match to the existing property.  Installation was completed on time:

Day 1 – Removal of the existing polycarbonate roof, installation of lightweight aluminium roof structure, exterior OSB and membranes

Day 2 – Installation of roof tiles

Day 3 – Installation of internal insulation, plasterboard and rainwater system

Day 4 – Plastering and finishing, ready for decorating
